Niece's Baby Shower

One of my niece's is having her very first baby!!  She finally picked a theme and then we ran with it.  Here are some of the items that we made for her shower.

One of my other nieces and I took the Wilton Cake Decorating classes at Michael's.  So we were chosen to make the cake.  I think it came out super cute.
This is my favorite layer.  I love how the boats came out and the the seagulls give it that final touch.
The little choo-choo train with the smoke coming out...cute :)
As her centerpieces, she had pots with orchids inside.  We painted the pots in a beautiful baby blue and them stamped them with a Martha Stewart stamp.
She had a transportation them and so there is a car...
 a boat...
and a plane.

We also made the invitations but I need her to give me one of each so I can post them on my blog.  As soon as I get those pics, I will post them.

Hope you enjoy,
Mercy

Halloween Mini-Album

Here is a halloween mini that I finished about a month ago but haven't been able to upload until now (computer problems :(  )
This was made using the Ravenhead Manor Collection from Michael's.
I used old transparencies that I didn't need anymore as the pockets and distressed them with Stazon.
This is a little envelope that I made using the adhesive border, decorative brad, and frame from the collection.

This is the envelope once you open it up.  There's plenty of room for pictures and journaling.

If you would like to see the rest of the pages and how I made them, please go to my YouTube channel at bneefreak.

I really hope that you enjoy my album :)  Mercy

I'm Back!!

I FINALLY got my computer back and so I am going to be able to post more often!!  I thought I got acomputer virus.  A friend form work said that her husband could look at the computer for me.  He said that I had too many anti-viruses on there and so he removed them.  Then he said that the fan on the computer broke and he didn't have a way to order the part.  I then took the laptop to a small business to fix.  A week and a half later, I got my computer back.  I am sooooooooooo happy.  I have been jonesing for my computer for a month and a half.  Now it is finally fixed and I am ready to upload my projects.

Hope you enjoy,
Mercy

Sometimes life is just complicated

Sooooo, after the party and the fever I went back to work. I finally got my husband to go to the Dr on Friday. He had, what we believed was a boil on his head. Turns out it is actually an abscess. On thursday night, I noticed that the "boil" was getting bigger and a deeper shade of red. I made an appointment for him to go to the dr the next day...end of story...operation is evermore for Monday afternoon. Needless to say, there is not much crafting going on. I did color some Greeting Farm Cheeky Nurses. I will try to post pics from my phone (computer is still sick and I haven't had a visit from Santa yet...hehehe)

Hope to be on soon with a completed Halloween mini.

Sorry...

It's been such a long time since my last post but things have been hectic here. My boys turned 5 on the 8th of November!! I really can't believe that my little tiny bundles of joy have turned 5!! They are growing soo quickly and sometimes I am just afraid that I will wake up and they will be all grown up and won't need me anymore :( I know, I know, I'm being a little over dramatic but...my babies are huge now. I remember how afraid everyone was to carry Enzo because he was only 3 lbs 15 oz. They would sit down and ask me to place him on top of their chest. When they were done, I had to lift him back up. Now that boy is half an inch taller than his brother and at least a couple of pounds heavier than him. He is actually a pant size bigger than his brother.
Anyways, I have been planning their birthday party (transformers) and I also caught a bug ( a computer virus and the regular virus). I have had to call out the last 2 days because I have been running a fever. Hopefully, I will feel much better tomorrow. I promise to come on more often and post more often. I just need to figure out how to fix my computer...I am hoping for Santa to give me a Mac...how I wish he was real...LOL. Enough with the babbeling. I will be posting pictures of the projects I have been working on. Type to you soon :)

The Hunt is A Foot

Since they were taking a picture with a fox, I thought the "hunting" title would be cute.
I made the letters with the Life's a Beach Cricut cartridge and cut the foxes with the Animal Kingdom Cartridge.

Super old layout that I made but I still love

Here is a layout that I made forever ago but I love the content.

I love the fact that I got a picture of his little feet geting lower and lower as he fell asleep.

1st Post!!
